Hill wins $1,000 Super Sunday prize!

JeTaun Newcomb of the West Cobb office had been working with her client, Toccara Hill, to find her a home so that she could take advantage of the First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit. When Newcomb decided to host a Super Sunday open house in March, it only made sense for her to invite Hill. She had no idea that Hill would be chosen as the $1,000 Super Sunday winner.

“This was such a surprise and comes at a great time since I’m searching for my first home,” said Hill. “I’ll definitely be using my winnings as part of the down payment!”

Hill recently made an offer on a new home, and looks to close on it soon. “We recently renewed our buyer’s agreement and she is sure to stay with me after I won her $1,000,” said Newcomb.

As the winner of Super Sunday’s $1,000 giveaway, Hill’s name and photo will appear on the Super Sunday website (http://supersunday.metrobrokers.com/) beginning today.

New winners are announced every month on or around the 19th.
