EMBOR Awards Clark and Conner

The East Metro Board of REALTORS® (EMBOR) recently held their 2010 Awards Celebration on Mar. 25 at the Porterdale Lofts in Covington, Ga. Of the 10 awards celebrated and presented that evening, two awards were received by sales associates out of the Rockdale-Newton office: LaTrina Clark and Bobbie Conner.

Clark was honored with EMBOR’s “Realtor Spirit Award”, which recognizes the member exhibiting the most enthusiasm, exemplifying the Code of Ethics and positive attitude while conducting real estate business. She is a past East Metro Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) president in 2008 and 2009, and was recently named EMBOR’s Local Director for 2010.

Conner was awarded with EMBOR’s “Circle of Excellence”. To be eligible for this honor, participants must complete a series of tasks and projects that are reviewed by the board. Of those that participate, only a few are chosen each year. Conner is also the current Treasurer for the East Metro WCR and co-chairperson of EMBOR’s Hospitality Committee.

Sandi Rodrick, office manager for the Rockdale-Newton office, was on hand at the event and was very proud of both Clark’s and Conner’s accomplishments. “They excel daily in their chosen field, setting standards of excellence in professionalism and dedication for their co-workers and others within the Rockdale-Newton community,” Rodrick said. “BHGRE Metro Brokers creates leaders, not just within the company perimeters, but into the local community and world at large.”
