Apple’s iPhone is a prolific piece of hardware in today’s culture. Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate recently got in on the iPhone action by making their own real estate app.

This isn’t the typical real estate app either. Based around the home search itself, The BHGRE Home Selection Assistant iPhone app allows customers to take pictures, organize, and rank the homes they see while on-the-go. Utilizing the iPhone's built-in location finder, they can also learn about neighborhood information including data on local schools, nearby restaurants and shops, comparable home prices and more.

The absolutely free to download app is available through Apple’s App Store and was even featured as a Top 10 App shortly after launch.

Combined with the metrobrokers.com mobile site, homebuyers have access to unlimited home searching tools straight from their mobile phone!
