The Wealth Accumulation by Residuals (WAR) program is very simple.  When you sponsor a new sales associate at Metro Brokers, the company will give you an override or bonus equal to one percent of the new associate's gross commission on every sale.  And, best of all, your overrides will be paid for as long as you and the associate remain at Metro Brokers or its referral company.
