This three hour course will cover new construction and termite information.

The course will:

Familiarize students with all aspects of the beginning stages of construction to include the different types of slabs, basement construction, crawl space construction, framing practices and exterior cladding;

Educate students on the biology of termites and treatment methods and standards;

Review conditions conducive to termite infestation;

Review, in detail, the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission Exception Form II and the Official Georgia Wood Infestation Report (termite letter)

Agents attending this class must be on time and remain present for all in-class instruction in order to receive credit for the course. This class is not offered on a regular monthly schedule. This course is offered at the corporate training center, 5775-D Glenridge Drive, suite 150, Atlanta, Georgia. Seating capacity is limited to 100 agents.
