This three hour course will cover new construction and termite information.

Agents will learn:

• All aspects of the beginning stages of construction to include the different types of slabs, basement construction, crawl space construction, framing practices and exterior cladding
• The biology of termites and treatment methods and standards
• Conditions conducive to termite infestation
• The Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission Exception Form II and the Official Georgia Wood Infestation Report (termite letter)
