Senior Real Estate Specialist - SRES

This course was developed by the SRES specifically for those real estate practitioners that are interested in focusing on age 50+ real estate clients and consumers, the fastest growing market in real estate. The networking benefit across North America may be the single best reason to get connected right now.

The SRES course seeks to instill:

• Knowledge and understanding of and empathy for age 50+ real estate clients and customers
• Commitment to developing the business building skills and resources needed for specialization in the age 50+ real estate market

Three requirements must be met to attain and use the SRES designation:

1. Succession completion of the 2-day SRES Designation Course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam
2. Maintain active membership in the SRES Council. The first year membership in the SRES Council is included in the SRES Designation Course fee.
