This three hour course focuses on risk management in real estate.
This class focuses on:
-Understanding risky behavior as it pertains to Atlanta real estate;
-The agency responsibility and the risks of creating unintentional
relationships;
-How to identify red flags, mitigate risk and what do do when problems
occur.
Course instructor, Jim Ray, holds an associate broker's license and has
the GRI and CRS designations. Since 1998, he has been a home warranty
representative for HSA Home Warranty. Jim also is an approved
pre-license instructor in the state of Georgia and has his Property &
Casualty Insurance license in Georgia. He is a member of the Dekalb
Board of Realtors and an affiliate member of the Atlanta Board of
Realtors and the Metro South Board of Realtors.
