The Psychology of Real Estate

Build a better rapport with clients and ultimately close more deals utilizing the DISC (Driver/Influence/Social/Correctness) Psychological Profile and business strategy.  Agents will be introduced to the general history, core relevance, practical applications and positive implications of utilizing the DISC Psychological Profile as a business strategy to gain more rapid rapport and effective communication with a variety of personality types.

  • Learn which communication styles are more effective based and the communication styles of clients and prospects
  • Build cognitive flexibility and awareness by identifying the various DISC personality and behavioral types via group role-play presentations
  • Prioritize discussion and follow-up skills based on the communication style preferences of the prospect/client
  • Learn to assess your own DISC type via a self-assessment analysis
  • Learn to develop customized communication techniques to achieve the desired income goals
  • Set specific personal goals
