Partners Helping Develop Good Business Practices (PHD)
Six week intensive prospecting, accountability program mandated
for first year licensees; MBA certification required to attend. No
CE credit.

PHD is a very intensive prospecting and activity-building training
program designed to help Atlanta real estate agents get their business
started. High accountability is one of the keys to making this program
work for the students.
Full completion of this program is mandatory for any agent in his/her
first year of licensure. Before entering the PHD program, the agent must
be certified as having completed the 25 hour Salesperson's Post-License
Course requirement. There will be no exceptions.
The course is stretched over six consecutive Fridays from 9:30am -
12:30pm. Classes are held either at the corporate office at 5775-D
Glenridge Drive, Atlanta, GA or at the Dekalb Board of Realtors at 1414
Montreal Rd., Tucker, GA. Check calendar for class locations.
Classes at the corporate office are limited to 90 reservations and are
taught by Yvonne Thomas-Brooks. Classes at the Tucker location are
limited to 40 reservations and are taught by Bernard Strong.
