This certification course allows associates to host an open house that has been donated to the Open House Pool, and excellent feature exclusive to Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate

Agents will learn:

• The importance of setting goals and following a structured plan while conducting an open house for sellers
• How to better serve buyers and sellers by providing precise directions
• Choosing houses to hold open
• How to conduct themselves while at the seller's house
• The most effective way to hold an open house and maintain their personal safety
