This three hour Mold and Stucco course, taught by Patrick Goyer, provides the information needed for Atlanta real estate agents to determine when mold testing and/or stucco warranties are required for the sale or purchase of residential one and two dwelling properties.

Also included in this course are discussions on liability, red flag identification, health risk, remediation and repairs, source of problems and warranty coverages.
