interpersonal relationships and customer service skills in order to
reduce non-violation complaints.

This informative three hour CE course will help provide agents with
valuable tools to enhance their interpersonal and customer service
skills. Participants will be able to construct and recite valuable
scripts and dialogues to improve relationship skills when dealing with
the public. When used properly, the techniques learned in this course
should help reduce non-violation complaints filed with the Georgia Real
Estate Commission.
This class is not offered on a regular monthly schedule. Classes are
held at the corporate training center, 5775 Glenridge Drive, Atlanta,
Georgia building D, classroom C.
