Metro Brokers Advantage (MBA) - Getting Ahead in the
Atlanta Real Estate Market
A comprehensive 10-day training program approved for 25 hours of
post-license continuing education (CE) requirement or 24 hours of CE
credit offered monthly (see hour-by-hour course outline).

Complete training program includes 25 hour post license course. MBA
is required training for most new associates to Metro Brokers/GMAC Real
Estate.
Day1: Getting Started (rules and tools)
Day 2: Covers Working with Buyers
Day 3: Showing Property/Reviewing New Construction P & S
Day 4: Contracts/Using Instanet GAR forms
Day 5: Finding listings/CMAs listings
Day 6: Presentation/Servicing Listings
Day 7: Negotiating/Preparing for Closing
Day 8: Business Plan/Financial Plan/Exam
Days 9 and 10: The Art of Selling
Metro Brokers Advantage for CE credit includes the following:

REAL ESTATE CONTRACTS & ESCROW FUNDS (3 CE CREDIT HOURS - COST $15.00).
HOW TO OBTAIN LISTINGS THAT WILL SELL (3 CE CREDIT HOURS - COST $15.00).
MARKETING & SERVICING THE LISTING (3 CE CREDIT HOURS) SUCCEEDING IN
REAL ESTATE WITH PERSONAL COACHING (3 CE CREDIT HOURS)
VERBAL JUDO - THE ART OF SELLING (*12 CE CREDIT HOURS - COST $45.00).
* Must attend both sessions (6 hours each) to receive continuing
education credit. There is no cost for this training unless you want CE
credit.
