The "inspectors" portion of the class covers the inspectors' certifications including A.S.H.I. (American Society of Home Inspectors), C.A.B.O. (Council of American Building Officials), N.E.H.A. (National Environmental Health Assoc.) and E.S.A. (Environmental Solutions Assoc.). This portion also covers inspectors' insurances, including liability and workman's compensation and the intangibles like full time vs. part time and the equipment utilized to process the reports. The "reports" portion of the course covers on-site computerized
reports, new home construction reports, home inspection standards,
purchase and sale agreements and common defects found during
inspections. |
