Selling HUD Homes in Georgia

This course provides complete information on how to successfully sell a HUD home in Georgia. Course topics include defining a HUD home and understanding "As-Is" as it pertains to HUD properties, HUD special programs (the lottery), agent expectations and a thorough overview of the 10 steps to selling a HUD home.

The ten steps are as follows:
1. Registering to sell HUD homes
2. Create a selling agent buyer center account
3. Identifying available HUD properties
4. Showing and advertising HUD homes
5. Complete the sales contract package before bidding
6. The electronic bidding process
7. Check the bid results
8. Submitting the contract for a winning bid
9. Pre-closing; complete time sensitive requirements
10. Close at the attorney's office
