The Elegant Homes program is an upscale marketing program specifically designed for the luxury home market. Generally, a home must be valued in the top ten percent of homes in its immediate market area to qualify as an Elegant Home. Homes must also be evaluated based on location, level of finish including fixtures and types of materials used in construction, proximity to amenities such as lakes or golf courses and special features such as pools, guest houses or gourmet kitchens.

Completion of the Metro Brokers Elegant Homes class provides you with three hours of continuing education credit along with the right to use the Elegant Homes designation. Classes are held on the second Thursday of each month from 1:20 - 4:45pm at the corporate training center, 5775-D Glenridge Drive, Atlanta, Georgia.
