GAR Commercial Forms - Generate Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBOR) commercial contract forms.

RedLink (SREA) - Appraisals database - single-family residential and historical data used by Metro Brokers Relocation Specialists.

CBLS - Searchable database from Commercial Brokers Listings Service.

National Do Not Call List - Searchable database of subscribers to the National Do Not Call service.

EVE - Online access to Metro Brokers Communication Center, print out of your MetroVisor text messages.

FMLS - First Multiple Listing Service

1st Connection - Listings internet search engine. Provides robust property searching with photos as well as Realist tax records in the FMLS listing area and GAR contracts.

RealList - Online tax data provided through First American Real Estate Solutions (FARES), same company which provides Win2Data, RedLink (SREA).

Wyldfyre 1st Search Software - (Personal copy available from FMLS store - works for both FMLS/MLS searches.)

Accesses First Multiple Listing Service using Wyldfyre 1st Search software. Provides the user with the ability to perform timed downloads thus storing information on the local machine.
