Commercial and Business Brokerage education is offered to all
Metro Brokers agents at no charge. The two certification
courses we offer are:

CBB
Certification in Business Brokerage:
A 12-class course that introduces agents to business brokerage. The
course covers the listing process, offers, financing and closing on the
sales of businesses with and without "real property." Agents learn
about franchise sales and business accounting so that they can
successfully evaluate and value case study businesses.
CCB
Certification in Commercial Brokerage:
A 12-class course that introduces agents to commercial brokerage.
The course covers aspects of listing and selling land and income
producing properties. Detailed topics include retail and office
leasing, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, commercial lending, commercial
contracts and forms, negotiating tips and more.
