Building a Business Plan in Atlanta
Business planning, time management strategies and goal setting
for all full associates and agents who have completed the MBA
program.

This course covers all of the following areas:
-Analyzing and planning where real estate clients/customers will come
from each year in the Atlanta area and its suburbs.
-Time management strategies/tips and avoiding time stealers.
-Goal setting - building an action plan step by step in determining what
activities must be done daily, weekly and monthly to achieve a desired
income goal.
Classes are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the corporate
training center, 5775-E Glenridge Drive, Building E, Suite 100, Empire
I, Atlanta (9:30am - 12:45pm) and are taught by Terry Young.
Atlanta Agents who
successfully complete this class will receive three hours of continuing
education credit.
