Accredited Buyer Representative
Complete this 12 hour CE course for your National ABR
Designation. Class cost of $199 is billed to agent account upon
completion of the course.

The Accredited Buyer Representation course, taught by Judy Rumsey, is
part of the mandatory curriculum needed to attain your ABR designation.
The $199 class tuition will be billed to your agent account upon
completion of the course. The program is offered by REBAC Real Estate
BUYER'S AGENT Council of the National Association of RealtorsŪ. Class is
offered twice a month at the corporate training center, 5775-D Glenridge
Drive, Suite 150, Atlanta, Georgia 30328. Agents must attend both sessions in
order to earn credit, 9:00am to 5:00pm both days.

ABR Designation Requirements:
There are four major requirements to attain and use the ABRŪ
designation:
1. Successful completion of the two-day ABRŪ Designation Course,
including an 80% passing grade on the exam.
2. Successful completion of the one elective course (see list below),
including an 80% passing grade on the exam, within three years of
completing the ABRŪ Designation Course.
3. Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which the
ABRŪ candidate acted as a buyer representative. Any transactions closed
prior to taking the ABRŪ Designation course or closed within three years
after completing the course are eligible for credit.
4. Be a member in good standing with the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT
Council and the National Association of RealtorsŪ.
